Meet the Roasters
Meet MILTON SHANK
The founder of Bean Hollow Coffee Co. He has had a interest in coffee for many many years. It all started 16 years ago when a good friend walked into his house with a used espresso machine and said " dude check this out!" That's all it took and Milton was stuck on the art of coffee and all the nuances and flavors that are possible. Coffee was a business that always hung on the back of his mind, but the timing never quite felt right. However, that all changed a year ago when he found the opportunity to go for roaster training in Ohio. He loved the in depth training course that taught how to manipulate the deep flavors in coffee. Without a second thought, he bought a roaster and brought all the skills together to form Bean Hollow Coffee Co.!
Meet TRENTON SHANK
As it turns out, the love for coffee runs in the family! Trenton is a nephew of Milton and after watching the roasting process a few times he couldn't help himself and decided he wanted to join the crew. With that, Trenton purchased his very own roaster and earned himself a spot squarely on the Bean Hollow Coffee team. He quickly caught on to the roasting process and regular churns out batch after batch of fresh roasted coffee. For Milton and Trenton, roasting isn't a job. It's a art that they are in love with. There is nothing that they enjoy more than seeing a group of people gathered around having lively discussion and enjoying a great cup of coffee.
